This avocado smoothie is incredibly refreshing, delicious, and will help you get your fats in the morning. Some morning I’m just looking forward to having a simple and easy smoothie and this fits the bill.

The great thing is is that you get some greens in for your day. I used to be pretty skeptical of spinach in smoothies, but you can hardly taste the greens at all – in fact, they add a little kick of freshness that is really nice with the berries.
